Give Back to Blue
Design Challenge: One Percent for the Planet is an organization that inspires members of the business community to contribute 1% of sales to environmental groups around the world. It has been around for ten years and has raised millions of dollars for the planet. The new brand image campaign is to raise recognition among consumers and encourage them to join the movement by choosing brands that are 1% for the Planet members.
Design Solution: At its tenth anniversary, One Percent for the Planet is re-introduced to the consumers by a campaign called Give Back to Blue. Blue is the logo mark, as well as the planet. It’s also a happy and friendly avatar Big Blue, which allows gamification of the campaign and activates retail and social media tactics.
